Advocacy Support
Services can be hard to deal with on your own. We help you work out what you want to say, prepare for the call or meeting, and keep track of what happens next.
Who it's for
- People who find calls, forms and appointments stressful
- People who feel they haven't been heard by a service
- Families who want someone practical alongside them
What's included
- Planning what to ask for before an appointment or call
- Help writing emails and keeping a record of what was agreed
- Following up when things stall
- Support to make a complaint when something isn't right
Funding
Usually part of your mentoring sessions and paid the same way: privately, or through NDIS for self-managed and plan-managed participants. This is practical, everyday advocacy, not legal advice.
How it works
Free chat
Email Simon to set up a short video call about what you want to change and whether we're a good fit. No cost, no commitment.
Set goals together
We turn the bigger picture into small goals you can start on this week, in your words, at your pace.
Weekly session + written notes
Each week we check in, celebrate the wins, sort out what got in the way and set the next step. You get written notes after every session.
